About Corrie

Parenting & Caretaker Coach • ICF Certified Trauma-Informed Coach • Educator

I partner with adults and parents who are ready to tap into their inner wisdom, improve their relationships and commit themselves to tangible change.  I love working with clients who are ready to invest in compassionate accountability, and show up for themselves in a profoundly better way everyday.

For the past 20+ years, I’ve worked with people across the health, wellness, education, and youth development spaces—as a personal trainer, CrossFit Kids coach, mentor, educator, and consultant for programs supporting foster youth transitioning to adulthood. I’m an ICF Accredited Trauma-Informed Coach, certified in Integrative Attachment Family Therapy, Somatic Embodiment & Nervous System Regulation, and Young Adult Mentorship.

But my greatest training ground has been parenting my three incredible young adults, one of whom is neurodivergent, and learning (and unlearning) alongside them while healing from my own childhood trauma.

I believe the pain of the past is not the main theme of our stories (no matter how much it may feel like it at the moment). Hope is. Healing is. Growth and life and change and love are the true themes embedded deep in the heart of us. And they are SO MUCH more powerful than all our pain, loss, and trauma in the end.

But we still need to learn how to make this real in our lives by learning how to regulate our nervous systems, repair attachments, rewire inherited patterns, and practice presence. We need to re-learn what it feels like to feel safe and at home inside our own bodies, our own minds, hearts and skin.

That journey is why I do this work—the work of hope. And why I believe parenting is not just about raising kids. It’s about raising ourselves, too.
