The purpose of the Therapeutic Bookclub (TBC) is to provide wellness focused, trauma informed discussion and safe community space for adult participants interested in personal growth by reading therapeutic books thoughtfully chosen by Your Cor Coach.
TBC is for any adult interested in engaging with big ideas that promote personal growth related to healing, health and wellbeing in a down-to-earth, diverse, affordable and easily accessible, community-rooted space.
